I have installed and done some basic testing, and had no problems, other than the changes that were made to EmptyActivities in SP3.

The NOOP bug has been fixed in SP4. The NOOPs inside the block are working fine now, without having manual program activity.

That is a matter of opinion... It is my opinion that there are still major issues with the NOOP that need to be addressed
