I have installed MQSeries server 5.2 on Linux along with MA0c pack for pub sub. I did the following to set up the broker.-
1)created a queue manager using crtmqm -q myQM.
2)strmqm (to start the QM)
3)strmqbrk -m myQM
My client is written in JMS. I am trying to connect to the broker from win200 machine. However it fails with exception" MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2085" . This is when createTopicConnection() is called.
Is there anything else I need to do. My Client code works fine when the broker is running on win2000/NT.
Please help.

Rieta,
2085 is an MQRC_UNKNOWN_OBJECT_NAME.
Looks like you have to define some queue(s) for your broker and topic connection first. Or, and this may sound familiar , there is some case-problem with the object names you use...
HTH,
Stefan

If you are looking at MA0C Pub/Sub, you might want to check out the MQJExplorer latest release which has added Pub/Sub support.
