I'm trying to connect to a DB on AS/400 from Broker toolkit. I'm getting the problem: Problems encountered while trying to establish connection DBCONC1. Problems encountered while loading the JDBC driver. Reason com.ibm.as400.access.AS400JDBCDriver.

My classpath is as follows: d:\wmq\java\lib\jt400.jar; ....

It sounds like it does not find the driver, so is this a classpath problem?
