Has anyone seen the following error?

It's being thrown by a ResetContentDescriptor node in a sub-flow. We have two flows which call this subflow and one works and one doesn't. Both flows are processing XML before the subflow converts the data to BLOB.

The *.cat file is binary, and I've no idea what it's for so any help would be much appreciated.
