I am extremely new to MQ Series, we are running V5.3 on AIX 5.1 and are having some problems.
The queue and channel are working fine but we get other errors.

No MQM Function Stack Available
If anyone has any info on this it would be greatly appreciated.

The amqcrsta_d makes me suspicious that you might have installed the DCE version of the code. I think you can tell by issuing 'lslpp -l | grep -i mq'. If you did, uninstall and reinstall.
