Hey Everyone;
Due to a recent change in my situation, I can no longer host MQSeries.net out of my home. In order to get my site hosted by another company, I'm going to have to pay quite a lot per month especially because of the large database this site requires, and the amount of bandwidth it uses.

To be blunt, I cannot afford to do this without the help of all of you. I was hoping to bring in some advertisers who would be willing to pay for non-intrusive ads / sponsored forums, but the global economy right now is making it very difficult for me to generate interest. I have even tried talking to IBM about sponsoring this site, but I haven't had much luck there either.

Please, click on this link http://www.mqseries.net/donate.php and make a donation to MQSeries.net, for any amount. And to those of you who already have (and your names appear on that page), you have my sincerest thanks - because it has all helped enormously!

Is $53.00 enough?

I was thinking of making it $53.40. It would be appropriate because I am in the process of upgrading all 44 of our MQSereies Servers to WSMQ5.3 and installing CSD04.

csmith, I just noticed your donation in my PayPal account. Thank you!!!
I'll be sure to add you to the top of the donor list

And Gina, I just realized I didn't credit you for your recent donation. I'll be sure to update your lifetime donation amount

And to everyone else who has given in the past, thanks again, sometimes I've gotten discouraged because the donations don't come in as fast as my costs go out, but as long as I know I'm providing a needed service to a bunch of great people, I'll try to keep this site running as smooth as possible...

I just received this from my admin,

Delete the email from "PayPal.com" <Do_Not_Reply@PayPal.com>. Do not launch or save the files attached. Users will only infect a system if they launch the attached files.

Does that means anything to you?

There are in fact two variations.

One directs you to a 'fake' web site that asks for personal data.

The second contains an attatchment that contains a virus.

Cheers,
