I am writing a script in AIX to be able to connect to another AIX Queue Manager using the CONNX call.

But it never connects. It keeps telling me in the logs that it cannot find the ChannelDefinitionTable.

But I am not using the Client ChannelConnection table. I am using the MQCONNX call and specifying the parameters appropriately.

What can I be doing wrong?

I am using AIX MQ 5.3 Client on one box and AIX MQ 5.2 Server CSD04 on the other.
