Previously I had seen this channel SYSTEM.AUTO.SVRCONN in running mode. Yesterday I created sender and receiver channel and now it does not seems to be running. do i need to explicitely run it with runmqchl command..

Please don't ask the same question in two forums at once.

You say the channel isn't running. What is it's status? STOPPED, or IDLE?

Are you having an issue USING the channel? Or are you just worried because it's not in a 'RUNNING' status?

Are you getting any errors anywhere? What are they? Where are they showing up?

sorry abt putting same question at 2 places..i did not know how to move this topic to other forum..anyways..
the channel is not even showing up when i issue display chstatus command..it says channel not found..i have not come across any issues yet..but was worried..i dont see any errors in mq error logs..
