Hi,
I have setup a remote q which is connected to a local q on another server/qmanager.
The idea being the app writes to the remote q and then the MCA passes the msg on the the local q on the other server.
Can anyone tell me why it is, via MQ Explorer, that I can put a test msg onto a local q but not a remote q
Cheers

Not a good answer except "its coded that way" (Actually I think we allow puts on the local and cluster queues, but I might be wrong), we do not put the option of putting a testmessage on other types of queue. |
