I have heard about team worklists and think that this is what I need. How do I set one up? I have heard that assigning staff this way will create one workitem on a worklist instead of creating one workitem for each person assigned. I want to be able to create and assign a workitem to one person and then transfer it (behind the scenes) to one person. What I have heard is that you create a dummy user (TEAM) and then authorize, say 10 people, to be able to get that persons work. Then, you assign TEAM as the staff assignment for the activity in Buildtime. In Runtime, you create a worklist for your activity process and everything should be assigned to TEAM, but since your username can work TEAM's workitems, you can transfer those workitems to you. Is this correct? I have tried to set this up, but am having trouble with it. Perhaps I have forgotton a step???
