fmcn6rtc in the older versions (3.3.2). I am not sure what it is in newer versions. It might change. That is not a command though. I don't see any reason why one would need this. |

I just configured MQWF Components with new ID. Everything went well, but I was not able to see my
build time and runtime components.
Thank you for the answer, it helped me in version 3.4 too. I am wondering is there any other approach to open these components.
Regards,
Mike. |

This statement is self contradicting. If everything went well, then why aren't the shortcuts created in the start button? |

I mean to say, they are opening well with the commands(given by you). But the shortcuts were not created with the configuration. I restarted my machine too. Do you think if there is anything wrong with the configuration setup? |

I can't tell if there is something wrong. You can run the checker (fmczchk)to make sure everything is right. |

I got an error when I run the configuration checker.
Error is:
FMC34032E: Cannot load TP Monitor library mq.dll: The specified module could not be found (rc = 126).
Thanks,
Mike. |

Did you install service pack 3
I guess you should.
The utility checks for mq.dll (or libmq.a|.so|.sl) instead of mqmax.dll. If you receive this message, check that the mqmax library (for Windows mqmax.dll, for AIX libmqmax.a, for Solaris libmqmax.so, and for HP-UX libmqmax.sl) exists, is accessible and loadable. If so, you can ignore the error message. |

Just open confuguration GUI and select you new configuration id.Press DONE button without making any changes.
It works sometimes to create shortcut. _________________

Thanks for your information Prahasith. Can you tell me where I can get Service Pack 3?
Andy: FYI, I tried your approach. The configuration was updated successfully, but
the short cuts were not created again.
Thanks,
Mike. |
