why can I not post to the 2nd QM?

I created a 2nd QM on W2K, and try to use the C# program from dotnet support pack to post it, no matter from the same server or remote client, I get 2058

I have made it work if I use the default QM , I can use another channel and it will work
but that does not work if I use another QM...

do I need to specify the port #?
I am not familiar w/ MQS., but knows some MS stuffs

Each queue manager on a box has to have it's own listener.

Each listener has to use a unique port.

Connections to a particular queue manager have to connect to the correct listener port.
