Hi All:

I want to connect to the MQ Server using the Alias Queue from client machine.

Can anybody help me out in this regard.

On MQ Server I defined one
Channel1 as (Server Connection Channel)
QueueName as Queue
QueueMgrName as Queue.Manager.1

Using ChannelDefinition Iam able to connect to the Server, If i want to define a Alias Queue on MQ Server. Then, How should I do and connect to the server using the same channel definition.

Define QALIAS.

The connection to the Queue Manager and the Queue you OPEN are completely independent of each other. Once you have connected to the QM, you then OPEN the queue you want to use.
