We currently have the old MQ Pub / Sub engine running on QMGR1 that processes the JMS topics generated from a JAVA service. And have a few JAVA subscribers for those topics.
I also have WMQI running on QMGR2 that I use to Publish topis to unique queues based off what the subscriber is listening to.
Now I want to migrate the JMS topics ( off MQ Pub / Sub ) to topis within WMQI but I'm not clear on how to do this. I understand the queue driven Pub / Sub design within WMQI, but I guess the true TOPIC Publishing and subscribing is throwing me for a loop.
Can anyone point me to an article or information on how to do this.
This question should have either been asked in the WMQI forum or the Java forum.
But the answer should be as simple as changing your JMS/Java service publishers and subscribers to point to QMGR2 instead of QMGR1. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general.
