do you have a Queue manager created and running by the name QMGR. If not, then you need to either create one and start and use that one... Or else use a queue manager that you already have created. If you have a default queue manager created and running, then you dont need to specify the name of the queue manager.
Also remember that the name of the queue manager that you specify is case sensitive. And also make sure that you have a queue by name QM_adquem04 defined in that queue manager that you wish to use.
It seems to be that you switched parameters of amqsput program. Try this one :
amqsput SYSTEM.DEFAULT.LOCAL.QUEUE QM_adquem04 _________________ Regards.
