We have a problem with putting 2 messages on a queue at the same time. We use jms in our application. In the log we see that two different messages are put, but have the same messageID. In MQSI there is a error in parsing the xml because the two messages are merged!

And the problem that you are facing is...???
If you have a message that is segmented, you might have the same message id's. Since segmenation is logical grouping of a single message anyways... Moreover you did not elaborate much on your application design its hard to say whats the issue we are talking about here.
