Importing a runtime fdl

I have exported an fdl from workflow server A and imported to Server B.
All the user's passwords are being reset to
password.
How can i avoid that?

I don't beleive there is a way... You probably should contact IBM and ask them.

If there is a way, I would appreciate it if you would post it here.
