I put it on a couple of Win/2000 machines and no problems so far for MQ.

I got the same problem. The IBM MQSeries Service is always starting and unable to get started.
I have Windows 2000 sp4 and MQSeries 5.2 |

| I unfortunately cannot tell what's in the MQ logs or Event Viewer because we reinstall a backup that we got a couple of day before. However, i have installed MQ after the windows patch was applied on another machine and MQ work fine ?!? |
