I am trying to write custom trigger monitor in Java.
How do I read the trigger message using Java.
What api did you use? (particularly reading MQTMC2 format)

I am looking for something equivalent to ImqTrigger Class in MQsreies c++ API

I don't know the C++ classes, but there is nothing in Java that will analyze the different MQ headers for you. They will appear as part of the payload and you have to break them down yourself.
