Hi,
can we invoke a client application from server.when both are at different boxes.
i.e. if we give client application name(to invoke) in process definition of server box.

Hi,
Yes, you can do this.
Here are some general steps:
1) Download and install the WMQ Client code on your client box.
2) Configure the queue for triggering and for the process definition, make sure the path & program name are the real client location.
3) On the client box, add the MQSERVER environment variable, so that it points the WMQ server.
4) Start the trigger monitor (runmqtmc) on the client box.
Now when a message hits the queue that you have set up for triggering, the trigger monitor (on the client box) will start your application on the client box.
