I need to write an application in VB6 that will list all the queues within a queue manager. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I prefer to use MQAX, but I'll take any suggestions you can offer.

MQSeries supports the concept of "Programmable Command Formats" or "PCF". This allows you to build an MQSeries message that contains a "command" for the queue manager to execute. You place this command on a queue in the right format and MQSeries executes the command and sends you a reply message containing the responses. One of these commands is the command to list queues. You can build a correctly formatted PCF message in any programming language.
