I have MQ series Client 5.3 and have support pack 5.

I am attempting to enter the following command:
mqsiremotereporttrace [Broker QManager Name] -u -e default

However I'm getting this error message:
MQSeries object 'SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.QUEUE', 'accessQueue' operation failed CC=2 RC=2087

Any ideas as to why this is so?

Have you shut down the Control Centre between the time you entered all the information in the 'Connection' details and trying to run the remote trace. The Control Center only stores the info needed by remote trace when it exits.
