Your comment about Capitalware's pricing is completely misleading. You have quoted the price for a MQAUSX Enterprise License which would imply that your company would be using MQAUSX across hundreds and hundreds of queue managers. But obviously, you only want to secure 14 to 16 queue managers. Hence, the actual price would be 14 (or 16) times $449.00. i.e. $6286 for 14 licenses and NOT 90K.
