| I don't have the required access, but have been *thoroughly* informed that there are no server errors or specific MQ errors on the server side. |

There is a log someplace with useful information that could be used to solve this problem.
Ask them to look in /var/adm/debug.log for ANY MQ error/info messages.

Make sure that the poison message scenario is handled. You can have the applicatin log the number of delivery attempts
