I'm not making anything do anything.

I'm explaining how problems arise when you build a solution based on this specific documented behavior of MQ. Which leads to me recommending that shops don't use this specific documented behavior of MQ.

And it's at least as unrealistic to expect that an MQ shop will never use an MQ cluster as it is to expect that a relatively new App team will develop their own sequencing.

In my experience.
