I'm not too worried about uninstall/reinstall..as I said we can do it but they won't help finding the cause of the problem.Do they? I think they just resolve the problem by wiping out everything.
What if,If I hit the same problem again even after doing upgrade/reinstall.

As far as we remember, it used to work till couple of weeks back.We did not have any OS updates in the mean while.

I'm more desperate to find the cause here more than solving it by any means.
As I'm not an expert and being stuck, seeking experts help.

If there are no other options then ultimately we'll have to do upgrade/reinsall anyway.

Hey..by the way..We did install all new versions(MQ7,WMB6.1) and don't have the problem now.
