I see the bit that says (which is missing a comma):

That suggests to me that if the queue is a cluster queue, and it is resolved via an FR, then it will never traverse the route other than by a CLUSSDR/CLUSRCVR. The 'normal' resolution referred to above presumably means via a QREMOTE, or the putting application specifying a queue name. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

Agreed, but it means that the application has to specify it, or it's resolved via a QREMOTE. As far as I am concerned, that's 'normal' resolution and not 'cluster' resolution. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |
