Why the need for 3500+ or 100 QMGRs? And all to be created at the same time as per the OP.

if its windows, a simple DOS command line like this will create 4 queue managers:

C:\>FOR %N IN (QM001 QM002 QM003 QM004) DO CRTMQM %N

But as others say, why you need so many queue managers?
