Which brings me to what I said before - Do you think it's possible to write "WMB admin" on one's resume, and nothing but, and get away with it?

No.

MQ Admin / WMB Admin - yes.
WMB Admin / WMB Developer - yes.

I would not want "PC Admins with a little WMB knowledge" or WMB Developers, fine people as they may be, logging onto my servers and installing, upgrading or configuring WMB. With training and practice I'm sure they could do it, just as I could figure out ESQL, Message Sets, XMLSXABC123, etc with training and practice.

If you have a seperate MQ Admin team and you have a seperate WMB Developers team, I think its only logical that the WMB Admin duties go to the MQ Admin team.

Agreed.

Agreed. Many of WMB admin tasks have to do with MQ.

Ok, but I think you won't have any problems hiring a new WMB developer with no WMB admin skills, assuming that you already have one WMB admin in your team. I've given about 5 WMB courses (via IBM), and I can definitely say that not everyone can grasp WMB development, but WMB admin comes pretty easy to anyone who knows general administration.
