Well I would have a different approach to that problem.
Run the MQExplorer under any user with a client connection with an mcauser in the channel. If need be secure as well with SSL. Note in MQExplorer you can specify the channel for the connection...

Anveshita: How are you running the contact admin command. I had similar issue and the correct way to run contact admin is
