You need to use a different connect method.

Thanks for this hint Jeff. Using this method

Code:

connect(com.ibm.mq.MQQueueManager qmanager, java.lang.String targetQueue, java.lang.String targetQmanager)

helped

Hi,

Can you please let me know how PCFAgent connect has been used for connecting targetQueuemanager using Local Queue Manager in my case it's giving 2033 error and Queue manager default transmission queue is blank then 2087 .

From the replies you are getting looks like you need to:
intercommunications manual and particularly the "passing messages through your system" and return routing chapters.

I gone through the doc here. I did not find any clue there. Let me elaborate the problem I am trying to execute PCF Query using QM1 for QM2.But it require default transmission Queue on QM2. if it's blank it returned error 2033.I need programmatically to change default transmission queue and create same queue on QM2.

No default transmission queue needed.
What is needed though is a default route from QMA to QMB and from QMB to QMA.

All this information is described in the manual and chapter I gave you to read. So get back to it and some more!
