Could you please let me know where I can find info on notifications and staff assignments. Is there a place in any of the guides where certain thumb rules or best practices are discussed.

I cleared the test with 62%, But I did not get any Free voucher 
I don't know whome to contact.
I did it almost 10 days back, still waiting for mail.
