Hi,
Can any body tell me whether MQseries able to prevent duplicate message that post in queue by application? If can, how to do that?

Yes. MQSeries guarantees delivery of each message. And MQSeries will NOT duplicate messages. There are some circumstances where MQSeries can't figure out whether it has sent a message (very rare) and awaits operator instruction whether to resend the message or not (RESET channel command). But as I said this only happens when certain network issues arise. In any case, you are protected against duplicate messages.

I read the question as "If AppA puts message #1 to QueueA, is there anyway MQ will prevent AppA from doing a second put of message#1 to QueueA?"

The answer to that question is no.
