hi all,
I designed a process model whith some program activities. For the testing purpose at runtime client I am using fmcnshow.exe as the program to be executed at the program activity.
Actually according to my requirements when I am working through jsps with my workflow, I dont need any program to be executed at the program activity. I mean the fmcnshow.exe dialog that appears need not be shown to the user.
I tried using an empty program with no exe specified but its returning warnings and showing error while running.
Is there any way either to disable the appearance of the show container, or anyother possible solution so that the user who navigates through the workflow using jsp's cant see the dialog box
thanks in advance |

I am not sure I understand what you are trying to do...
If you want the user to have a UI, but not see the container, simply write a bogus html file named programName.jsp and put it into the programs subdirectory. _________________ John McDonald

If I understand you correctly - you are wondering if fmcnshow would run when user using webclient does a checkout for a workitem.
Webclient uses a check-Out check-In mechanism instead of a start (execute). so your fmcnshow would not run when user does a checkout for a workitem, unless you checked 'Program activities cannot be checked out for the activity'. _________________ -Ratan |
