Subscription problem

I have a publisg flow
i/p node-->compute --> publish

I have also registered the subscription and i see it in the subscriptions list.

However , when i publish the topic , the message gets lost. It does not come to the subscriptin queue.
I have checked user id's and no issues tehre.

Any pointers?

it worked in the begining and now just stopped.

Beats me!! Nothing changed at all.

These are my steps.
Publish flow with the foll: code

SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.psc.Command = 'Publish';
SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.psc.Topic = 'Sample1';

I used the subscription utility and i can see this topic in my subscription query.

I had changed the user using dbsetparms for db access. However i change it back to db2admin and im still not getting it in my subscription q.

Im using MRM. Is there any issues here?
