Problems like this are usually related to the kernel parameters not being set correctly. There are guidelines in the Quick Beginnings book for a single queue manager on the box. You'll have to adjust these for three queue managers. There should also be an FDC file in the errors subdirectory which should shed some light on which parameter is not right. |

Hi Laabar,
I would like to suggest the following points which you can try on test environment.
Step 1 : Stop all the Queue Managers.
Step 2 : Remove the all Shared memory and Semaphores for the mq.
(Using ipcrm)
Step 3 : Check the user permission for the crtmqm command.
Step 4 : After all these steps try to create the New Queue Manager.
If still have the problem then try to increase the Kernel parameters
according to the guidelines in the Quick Beginnings and note that
MQSeries queue managers are independent of each other. Therefore
system kernel parameter, especially such as semmns need to allow for
the number of queue managers in the system. my suggestion is to
increase the following parameter values for kernel parametes as follows
Increase the semmnu from 2048 to 4096 and semmns from 16384 (even for 1
Qmgr) to 32767
Hope this steps will help you out.
