I'm trying to use the Email adapter to send error messages out of ICS. The firewall is blocking port 25, so I need to change the port to 587. Does anyone know how to do this?
In the configuration file I've added a child property called "SMTP_MailPort" under SMTP_MailPort in connector specific properties tab. For some reason the adapter is not picking up the port value from here.
Please advise.

Did you save the connector to both file and project?
Did you deploy the new connector in the server
Are you pointing the newly saved cfg to the adapter (connector agent)?
The reason I am askng this is because I see

| Yes I did....It works now....I had to unblock port 25 from the Virus Software to allow my computer to send messages using smtp. Also, in order to use Yahoo's smtp server, I believe you need to have a paid mailbox. |
