CommerceQuest is looking to immediately hire 2-3 permanent employees for travel-based consulting work with our Fortune 1000 clients based in the United States. Candidates would be offered a very competitive salary plus full benefits and bonus plan.
Job Description:
Provide senior level technical knowledge in developing and administrating simple, moderate, and complex, scalable MQ & MQSI/Message Broker solutions for medium and large sized companies. Candidate should demonstrate solid, proven development and administration skills and should feel comfortable leading a team as well as individually. Candidate should have demonstrated skills to design, develop test, and implement WebSphere solutions in conjunction with Java architectures. Must have a strong understanding of asynchronous messaging principles. Candidate should be very knowledgeable and have solid experience with WebSphere MQ (both client and server implementations) including installing, configuring, developing applications, usage of the API, queues, clustering, channels, etc. Candidate should be able to design, develop, implement and debug message sets and message flows preferably running in both WBI Message Broker version 2.1 (MQSI) and version 5 (WBI MB).
Candidate must also possess solid experience with Java architecture, design, and applications development and integration. Ideal applicant would have solid, real-world experience with J2EE, JMS, Message Driven Beans, Servlets, JSP’s, XML, HTML. C or C++ experience also mandatory.
Prefer experience with multiple platform knowledge such as UNIX (AIX, HP/UX, or SUN) NT, or AS400. Mainframe experience a big + .
Chosen candidates will be trained in CommerceQuest’s proprietary EAI integration products. Prior experience with our technology is a plus.
Candidates must possess minimum 5 years overall IT integration experience. US citizens preferred.
