Running MQ commands with different userid

Is there any command line utility through which we can pass an userid and password and run MQ Control commands and MQSC Commands ? This is required when the win2K logged in user is not having enough rights to run mq commands.

I am not aware of one. But even if there is one, you cannot run MQSC commands using any userid who is not within the mqm group. Unless otherwise, the utility is using PCF messages and manipulating the underlying userid's. MQSC commands are admin commands and are allowed access only by an mqm user.
