Hi,
i have got a little problem.
I run MQ V5.3 (CSD6) under Windows 2000 Server (SP4).
If someone reboots the server, the listener and trigger-monitor settings in the service settings are lost.
After a reboot i have to configure it again.
Does anyone know, that problem?
And what can i do against this "feature" :-/
Thanks for your help! |

It's a bug in CSD6.
Apply CSD8, recreate your services.
There was a lot of discussion about this a few months ago. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

...or if you have no time for patching you can set directly these keys in the registry.
(HKLM/Software/IBM/MQSeries/Configuration/Services/<qmgr>/)

Or, if you would like to continue with CSD06, there is an interimfix for CSD06 which you can apply and it will fix this issue.
I would recomend to apply CSD08. |

I will update to CSD 8
What i mean is in the support database to find an article about the problem.
If you don`t put in the right word you will never find a match :-/
Thanks! |
