I am currently working as Sr. Consultant in GlobeSoft Pte Ltd. Singapore and Consulting Standard Chartered Bank as Tech.Analyst (MQ Administration) for the past three years.
Due to personal reasons I need to head back home ASAP. I am seeking for a challenging oppurtunity in Chennai(Chennai only) to work on MQ /MQSI / other EAI Projects. I am keen to work and learn more on WBI.
I have more than 8 years of experience ( 4 years in MQ).
Current Job Profile:
Administration of Websphere MQ Network on OS like IBM AIX, Sun Solaris, Windows NT & 2000 in Quantum Leap STAR project, which include:
1. Installation, Configuration and Customization of MQ Components
2. Establishing Standards and Naming Conventions to be followed for MQ Components.
3. Implementation of MQ Security using MQ OAM (Object Authority Manager)
4.Design of Websphere MQ interface for applications.
5.Support and advise for development teams on MQI, PCF & MQAI
6.Maintenance work like regular backups, applying patches.
7.Software Version Upgrade from Version 5.1 to 5.2 / 5.3
8.Support for Development, Testing & Production implementations.
9.Development of Utilities using Unix Shell Scripts and C language to ease Admin tasks.
10.Remote Administration of MQ Networks.
11.Monitoring of MQ Components using Candle Command Center and BMC Patrol.
12.Periodical Health Check and Log Maintenance for MQ environments.
13.Developing Disaster Recovery Procedures for MQ Components.
I am ready to migrate in less than one month's time.

Hi NAGASREE,
You must be really desperate  the guy wanted a job in 2004....dont think he has been waiting....
Please contact them as they have given their id's etc.....you would have a better chance than hoping they would check if someone is offering the job after 2 years

Thanks for Reverting , I had already moved to India from SG and now working on Standar Chartered Bank's WholeSale Banking Infrastructure / Architecture Development and Support Pojects as a Product Manager.
I am on this job since Aug 2004. Not interested in any change for another year or so.
