| Freezing Problem while adding CWF in message set |

When I try to add CWF to the message set I get an error saying:
BIP1813W: Message repository resource (Message Set, A) not locked: Freezing Message Set operation not permitted.
The Freezing Message Set operation is not permitted because the message repository resource (Message Set, A) is not locked, or is locked by another user.
Check out Message Set, A and retry the operation.
Any pointers to this problem.

1) Check no other user has locked (checked-out) message set.
2) Check out the message set and than add CWF. |

I get this error even when I am creating a new message set.So the possibility of any other person having checked that out is ruled out.I have tried checking out and then adding CWF.Didnt work.
Anyways thanks for your interest and efforts.Any other suggestion. |

I seem to remember this was a bug.
Try upgrading to a newer fixpack.
