I know that there's "block" in MQWF that allow users to manage a looping condition and breaks to move on to the other process only when the exit condition is match?

I just wonder how complicated will this be, if I want to model the routing of workitem from one staff to another (junior to senior personnel under the same "ROLE" with different title ) under a exit condition is match.

So the complication here would be every time the block "restarts" (where the exit condition not match), the workitem will be assign to another person of higher rank instead of the previous one.

Can anyone help????
