Hi all,
I heard from some one that WMQI V 2.1 do not support DB2 V 8.1 Enterprise server edition. Even when I tried to install WMQI V 2.1 on a win 2k machine that already has DB2 8.1 an error numbered BIP8640W was shown. We uninstalled DB2 and installed WMQI and then reinstalled DB2. But I wonder wether these two verisions are compatible or not? Throw some light on the topic .. I am here to catch it.

hi,
failure terminal will be present to the nodes to propogate failed messages.you will find this in most of IBM primitive nodes.you won't find this in IBM primitive nodes list.

If you use the MQ supported software page:

http://www-306.ibm.com/software/integration/websphere/mqplatforms/supported.html

you'll not find DB2 8.1 in the list for WMQI 2.1
