Hello Experts,
I need some help understanding how CHLAUTH rules are prioritized in IBM MQ.
If I create multiple CHLAUTH rules?such as SSLPEERMAP, ADDRESSMAP, and QMGRMAP?for the same channel (all using the full channel name), which rule takes precedence?
Appreciate your guidance. |

Thanks for the response, Bruce.
I reviewed that document, and it explains which rules take precedence based on the rule name. It?s clear that the rule with the most specific name takes precedence.
However, my question is slightly different: when multiple rules with the same name exist?such as sslpeermap, addressmap, and qmgrmap?which type of rule takes precedence? |

Google for a blog from Morag Hughson that details the precedences very well.
