Hi! Newbie here. I am working with IBM App Connect Enterprise (version 12.0.7.0) and I got stuck while creating REST API with the toolkit.
I made a simple integration for legacy system API which works fine with regular HTTPprotocol on the local environment as well as App Connect test server. Although when I check the "Enable HTTPS" checkbox in "Security" tab, I get errors when deploying it (to both localhost and test server). Error codes that I get when deploying to App Connect test server are: BIP1096E, BIP9333W, BIP2111E, BIP9320E. When I deploy project in the Toolkit I get these errors: BIP1096E, BIP9333W, BIP3135S, BIP9320E
In OpenAPI specification I do not have any security schemas, I just added GET operation. Subflow for GET looks like that:
Input -> Compute -> HTTP Request -> Compute -> Output
I figure that my localhost might have some properties missing, but test server is set up correctly and has other APIs with HTTPS enabled and running smoothly. Any suggestions? |

For those who have the same issue, in my case it was the configuration problem on the server. Admin notified me that embedded and node listeners were mixed. In case of local machine, self-signed certificate is way to go.

I also have the same problem but the admin says the server has no problem, could this be the reason for my device? |

I wouldn't say that device is the reason as it shouldn't have any effect on integrations on the server. Maybe you have older version of a software with known bugs for this scenario? Also did you check if you can deploy simple dummy application with the https enabled and nothing else too fancy, or redeploying working applications? If that works then the problem might be in your files. But my guess is that there are some properties on the server that changed, at least that was usually the reason in my case.
Also try to describe your problem a little deeper, maybe someone from the forum might have any ideas.

An HTTP API is any API that uses HTTP as its transmission protocol. For better security, you should use HTTPS instead of HTTP |
