YEs, i refresh security, and i figured out the issue.
It looks like i couldnt add groups or used by the shortName (need to figure it out why). it could find the user with short name, but not find group with user short name.
Now i have all config with distinguesedname (the long CN=xxxx, OU=..xxx) string, and all seems to work nicely.
Next step it will be to configure web console to use LDAP.
