It seems unlikely that MQ 9.2 was available when IIB v9 was being tested and unless IBM have revisited it - it won't be.
Open a Case with IBM software support for the definitive answer on support.

Our messaging team recently upgraded QM to 9.2 on AIX to work with IIBv9.
my assumption is IBM probably provide a customized version . I'll see if I can get some details on that
