I'm aware that whilst using Monitors you can use ${FileName} and other variables to enable renaming of file on the destination box based on the input file. eg, where the file moves to the destination and then is appended with .csv
These properties do not appear to be available to scheduled FileTransfers, or at least the ${FileName} is not recognised when used to derive.
My requirement is to create a scheduled filetransfer which derives the output filename from the source file name, add a timestamp, etc, where the original filename is not necessarily known (ie, using wildcards to match the file/s)
Could anyone suggest the way to implement the same/similar mechanism for scheduled transfers?
I'd settle for being able to identify the filenames that the wildcard matches so I can manipulate them with JS and spawn transfers
