If my flow is Fileinput -> Compute Node -> Fileoutput, how can I set the Fileinput directory value based on a User Defined Property? I will have a different file drop directory for dev, qa and prod and dont want this hard coded anywhere. If it cannot be done using my User Defined Properties, how else can I accomplish this?

hi...what version of broker are you using, prior to ACE v11 this was achieved by overriding the bar file at deployment time (you will have separate override file per environment),

In v11 the same is done via policies,

Im using version 9.0.0.6. I found out that the system properties I need to set are defined in this documentation: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSMKHH_10.0.0/com.ibm.etools.mft.doc/bn22250_.htm
